Very professional, honest. I thought I needed a whole new garage door opener unit, but when the rep came to the house he told me I needed only to replace the openers. He could have sold me the whole works but was an honest man. I would recommend Textro Door Company with no exceptions! The rep showed up right on time. He was professional and just an all-around great guy. Chris and Ross at the office were highly professional, too!

Dave arrived on time, looked over the issue and determined that the problem was due to a misaligned safety device. He quickly repaired the problem and showed me how to avoid similar issues. He also indicated that my 10+ year old opener was still very operational and to expect perhaps another 5 years of usage. Before Dave arrived, I was prepared to have to face the cost of replacing my entire opener system. Thanks to Dave, that is not necessary!
